Dine to Donate

1) Eligibility is open to anyone in the US, Canada, Mexico, or EU, that is at least 18 years of age or if under 18 has a legal guardian that can legally accept the prize.

2) Employees of the Binghamton/Broome County YWCA are ineligible to win.

3) The only way to earn entries is to donate to the YWCA of Binghamton/Broome County via https://ywcabinghamton.harnessgiving.org/donate or by using the QR code on the contest advertisements.

4) Entries are earned at the rate of:

$1=1 entry for any one time donation

$1=2 entries for any automatic monthly recurring donation, EACH TIME IT SUCCESSFULLY PROCESSES BETWEEN September 11th, 2023 at 12:01 am until THE FINAL WHISTLE OF THE BUFFALO BILLS HOME GAME ON 12/31.

(EXAMPLE= $10 Recurring set up on 9/12 is 20 entries, plus an additional 20 entries for it processing on 10/12, 11/12 and 12/12 for a total of 80 earned entries by the drawing date)

4) There is NO MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ENTRIES. ALL ENTRIES HAVE THE EXACT SAME CHANCE OF WINNING. Final odds are determined by the total number of eligible persons donating to the YWCA of Binghamton/Broome County during the contest period.

5) No substitutions, prize is the exact item pictured in all marketing material and will be mailed or hand delivered depending on winners location once eligibility has been confirmed.

6) RandomPicker.com will be used to run the drawing, in order to be included in this promotion The YWCA of Binghamton must share with RandomPicker.com your FIRST AND LAST NAME, no other information will be shared or sold to any third parties.

7) After the final whistle of the final Buffalo Bills home game in 2023 (12/31/2023 @approx 430pm) The YWCA Binghamton Facebook page will go live with our drawing of the winner, randomly selected from all eligible donors during the contest time period.

8) The drawing of a winner will be done by RandomPicker.com and will be selected by running a random name selector 10x from all eligible participants, once the 10th (tenth) randomization is done we will reveal the name of the winner, Drawing rules will be repeated at the time of the final drawing to prevent confusion

9) Need not be present to win, local drop off available, must be able to verify a mailing address to ship.

10) If in the case that the winner is ineligible for any reason, we will rerandomize the entries an additional time to select a new winner, with this process repeating until an eligible winner is selected.
