We focus right here in the Southern Tier, working to eliminate the financial, logistical, and informational barriers that too often stand between women and the care they deserve.

What We DO
For over 34 years, ENCOREplus has connected women in our community to free, lifesaving breast and cervical cancer screenings — removing every barrier that stands between a woman and the care she deserves.
Free Cancer Screenings
We connect uninsured and underinsured women to free breast and cervical cancer screenings through community outreach, educational workshops, and one-on-one support — guiding each woman from first contact to completed appointment.
Transportation & Logistics
No car, no problem. We provide free transportation to and from every appointment, because a logistical barrier should never stand between a woman and a potentially lifesaving screening.
Childcare & Adult Care
We arrange free childcare or adult care when needed — so nothing at home prevents a woman from showing up for herself and her health.
